Steph and Rox decided to tie the knot on a beautiful summer day at the Inisfree Farm located in Pullman, Michigan. The adventurous pair have embarked on trips to national parks and engaged in activities such as hiking and ice cave climbing. On one such trip, Steph took Rox on a bike ride to Torch Lake. They shared a romantic dinner under the sunset and afterwards, Steph proposed! Of course they enjoy their venturesome life with their dogs, too.

Hues of dusty greens and powered pink could be found in the wedding party attire, flowers and venue decor. From the ceremony to the reception, the day was filled with new and old Jewish traditions, for example, breaking the glass and the Hora dance (chair dance). In addition, one of the sweetest touches was that guestbook where friends and family would snap a Polaroid and then tape it into the book with a message. Having the opportunity to capture these moments from Steph and Rox’s wedding was such an honor. It is so important for LGBTQ+ wedding couples that incorporating their cultural background is equally important as religious ones as well. Nevertheless, being able to share their beautiful love story I hope is inspiring to others.

In conclusion, this entire queer rustic chic Michigan wedding at Inisfree Farm filled with tears of joy, laughter and love reminds me why I love doing what I do. Furthermore, I wish them both many long years of happiness. MAZEL TOV!
